Data Collection and Usage: Personal data collected through the system includes full identity such as Name, Institutional Affiliation, Email Address, Username, and Manuscript Metadata required for registration, submission, editorial communication, and article publication.

Cookies and Statistics:

  • Cookies: Our OJS system uses cookies to manage user sessions, ensure login security, and enhance navigation experience. These cookies are not used to collect personal information beyond the system's technical functions.

  • Visitor Statistics: We collect anonymous statistical data (such as article download counts, page views, and the country of origin of visitors) for journal performance evaluation and academic reporting purposes. This statistical data does not personally identify individuals.

Access and Security: Such data can only be accessed by authorized parties according to their professional roles (Editors, Reviewers, and System Administrators).
