Author Guidelines
Authors intending to submit a manuscript to JAREKOM: Jurnal Jaringan dan Rekayasa Komputer are required to read, understand, and strictly adhere to the following guidelines prior to submission. Manuscripts that do not comply with these instructions will be returned without undergoing the review process.
1. General Conditions

Originality: The manuscript must be an original scholarly work that has not been previously published and is not concurrently under review by any other journal.

Language: Manuscripts may be written in either Indonesian or English.

Types of Manuscripts: Accepted manuscript types include original research articles, review articles, case studies, and literature reviews.

Plagiarism Screening: The editorial team will screen the manuscript's similarity index using iThenticate/Turnitin software before proceeding to the editorial stage.

Submission: All manuscripts must be submitted online via the OJS platform on the submission webpage.
2. Manuscript Formatting

Official Template: Authors are strictly required to format their manuscript according to the official JAREKOM template, which can be downloaded here: [Download JAREKOM Article Template]. Manuscripts failing to utilize the official template will not be processed further.

Anonymization of Identity: To maintain the strict integrity of the double-blind review process, the uploaded manuscript file must be entirely anonymized (containing no author names, affiliations, or email addresses). Complete author metadata must only be entered into the OJS system during submission.
3. Submission Process

Create an account or log in to the JAREKOM OJS platform via the registration page.

Select the New Submission menu and carefully complete the 5-step submission wizard.

Upload the manuscript file exclusively in .doc or .docx format.

Ensure all author information is thoroughly and correctly filled out in the OJS metadata fields, not within the manuscript file itself.
4. Correspondence All communications regarding the submission, tracking, and peer-review workflow will be conducted transparently through the OJS system. For further inquiries, authors may contact the editorial team via the designated [Journal Contact] page.
