JAREKOM: Jurnal Jaringan dan Rekayasa Komputer implements a transparent Article Processing Charges (APCs) policy to support the journal's operational management. The fee structures are designated as follows:

Manuscript Submission Fee Submitting a manuscript to JAREKOM is completely free of charge (IDR 0 / Free of Charge). Authors may submit their manuscripts via the OJS platform without any cost during the initial registration and screening phases.

Article Publication Fee (APC) Manuscripts that have successfully passed the peer-review process and are officially Accepted for publication will incur a publication fee of IDR 200,000.00 (two hundred thousand rupiahs) per article. This fee is utilized entirely to support editorial production workflows, OJS platform maintenance, digital archiving management, and the long-term sustainability of open-access operations.

Waiver Policy JAREKOM is strongly committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not hinder the dissemination of scientific knowledge. Authors (particularly students or independent researchers) facing financial difficulties may request a full or partial waiver of the publication fee from the Editorial Board.

Waiver requests must be submitted in writing via the official editorial email at the time of initial manuscript submission.

The decision to grant a waiver is evaluated objectively on a case-by-case basis.
