The findings of this research indicate that a bachelor's degree, writing skills and communication tactics are the most sought-after indicators of each category by a company. Besides that, the result of the research also shows that there was a difference on degree category between national and international company with significant score 0.027 < 0.05. Meanwhile, on hard skills category got a significant score 1.000 > 0.05 and soft skills 0.700 > 0.05. It means that there was no difference between both of the companies on hard skill and soft skill categories. Therefore, the specifications of the description of public relations job vacancies offered by the company must be clear and what are the main priorities so that applicants can adjust.
