About the Journal
(JToMO) Journal Transformation of Management and Organization This journal is a peer-reviewed journal published by Universitas Teknologi Muhammadiyah Jakarta (UTM Jakarta) for the first time in 2025. We publish original scientific papers, review articles, and case studies focusing on 1) Marketing Management; 2) Financial & Banking Management; 3) Financial Management; 4) Human Resources and Organization; and 5) Human Resources Management; or you can see the topic/focus and scope. (JToMO) Journal Transformation of Management and Organization will be published 2/two times a year in May, and November. The editors welcome submissions describing the latest theoretical and experimental research related to (1) theoretical articles, (2) empirical studies, (3) case studies, and (4) literature reviews. Manuscripts can be written in English or other official UN languages. Indexing (JToMO) Journal Transformation of Management and Organization, namely Google Scholar and Garuda.
